Return Period

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if they:

• Are damaged during delivery

• Are defective

• Are incorrect

• Are unused and in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Personal care items

• Customized products

• Items damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Exchanges

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the error is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
